I ALSO HAVE EXTENSIVE DIGITAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, HELPING TEST, VALIDATE, ITERATE AND LAUNCH PROTOTYPES AND MVP PRODUCTS RAPIDLY TO MARKET.

Responsible for all on and offline direct acquisition activity plus product and proposition development. Delivered a full business rebrand and as product owner of all digital estate ran an aggressive digital improvement program that increased sales conversion by 150%.

As a VC backed Fintech start-up, we tested, launched, pivoted and scaled our way through five business models in four years. I delivered two complete go to market brand launches and website builds, as well as owning all B2B and B2C customer acquisition channels and comms  throughout.

Ownership of all digital acquisition channels for Experian B2B and SME, delivering over £1.5m of digital revenue per year with an RoI of between 250% and 300%.
